The restoration of 345 Armour Road is nearing completion. Once the boiler room of the former Peterborough Hospital, this distinctive property has been meticulously transformed as part of our ongoing effort to repurpose and revitalize the historic hospital site.

This project marks the final phase in the transformation from industrial to mixed residential and commercial use, complementing our previous restorations at 185 Hunter Street East, 175 Hunter Street East, and 384 Rogers Street.
