We’re excited to announce that East City Condos, Peterborough’s premier condominium development, is now officially under the stewardship of its resident-led condo board. This milestone, completed in early January 2025, marks the final transition of ownership and the beginning of a new chapter for the community.

Going forward, Guardian Property Management will oversee the building’s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless management and ongoing care. Meanwhile, the TVM Group anticipates the final inspection to be completed in the coming days, signifying the official completion of construction.
