TVM will be redeveloping 365 Armour Road as phase 4 of the old St. Josephs hospital site redevelopment.  Phase 4 will offer 27 residential rental apartments with high-end finishes, central air-conditioning, in-suite laundry and more.

Occupancy is expected Summer 2020.
