TVM has built 8 new residential units in downtown Peterborough.  

The suites ore on the second and third floors of 406 & 410 George Street North.

Construction was completed without disturbing the commercial operations that continue to exist on the street level.  A new stairwell and enclosure was constructed on the East side to meet safety exiting requirements.

Both buildings are declared as heritage buildings by the City of Peterborough.  TVM worked closely with the Heritage Department to ensure that all features were preserved.
