After acquiring the entire Sault Area Hospital site in 2013, TVM removed multiple structures on the site while completing the internal demolition of the original Plummer hospital.
The original Plummer hospital was phase 1 of the TVM redevelopment of the old Sault Area Hospital site. the building has been converted into 40 luxury high-end residential condos.
