It's an exciting time at East City Condos as we celebrate a significant milestone: the beginning of occupancy. We are delighted to welcome our first residents to the lower level luxury suites. While lower level units are now being inhabited, work continues at a steady pace on the upper level suites. Interior finishing continues to progress throughout the building along with our shared and common area spaces like hallways, elevators, and front lobby.
