About TVM MARYLAND INC
TVM Maryland was originally constructed as a convent providing housing for Sisters of the Precious Blood. After servicing the needs of the community as a convent for over 40 years, it was lovingly converted from its previous use to a collection of residential suites. At the time, all systems were replaced and updated. New heating, electrical and plumbing make the building a current and warm place to live while allowing residents to enjoy the original charm of this special community building.
The building boasts a very large property with sitting areas and a small tenant garden. Situated up high on a hill, the location offers pleasant surrounding garden views.
Special Note:
TVM Terraces is a Canada-Ontario Affordable Housing Project. Rents are maintained at discounted levels, and all tenants must meet a maximum income threshold as set for the City of Peterborough.
