TVM acquired 256 Division Street and entered into an agreement with Northumberland Services for Women (now Cornerstone Family Violence Center) to create 14 suites of second-stage housing.  The suites are offered first to clients being served by the center to assist in restarting lives.

The project benefited from assistance from Federal, Provincial and Municipal levels of government under the Affordable Housing Program, allowing the rents to remain at affordable levels.

This project has been a fantastic addition to the community and TVM thanks all levels of government and Northumberland Services for Women for their support.

The development includes on commercial space on the ground floor.
