The TVM Group has acquired the old St. Josephs hospital site in East City Peterborough from the Peterborough Regional Health Center (PRHC).  PRHC has completed the construction of the new Regional hospital in Peterborough and has now moved all operations to the new site.  The East City campus has been closed and declared surplus to hospital operations.

TVM has acquired the property for redevelopment.  While specific plans have not yet been finalized, TVM intends to redevelop as much of the existing buildings as possible by adaptive re-use.
